In SMIL 2.0 Animation Module, SMIL Animation, and SVG 1.1, the attribute value grammar for the from, to, by, and values attributes is either not well defined or is incompletely defined.

In all of these specifications, the text appears to nowhere specifies the syntax of the coordinate pair lists, and, in particular, that coordinate pairs are separated by ";".

See SMIL 2.0 Animation Module Section 3.5.3; SMIL Animation Section 4.3, and SVG 1.1 Section 19.2.12.
