SVG 1.1, SVG Mobile move to Candidate recommendation

Hello SVG Developers,

I am very pleased to announce that W3C has moved the SVG 1.1 and SVG
Mobile specifications to Candidate Recommendation status, and calls on
the developer community to intensively test, implement and use these
specifications now they have reached this level of maturity. A Press
Release was issued (in English, French and Japanese) supported by
Testimonials from members of the Working Group.
