You have to subscribe to post. Answering the question, svgz is a svg file compressed using GZIP compression. There are plenty of tools that can GZIP a file, for example: - the gzip program is ported to most UNIXes and cygwin on Windows - Java (J2SE) comes with a library for creating gzipped files - WinZip can decompress a gzipped file. I don't know if it can create one (I don't use Windows much).
