FusFus,
When you say that changing the cursor doesn't work, do you mean it doesn't 
work with the Adobe SVG Viewer? If so, then the explanation is that this 
particular feature hasn't been implemented yet by Adobe. I don't know the 
status of implementing the cursor feature in other implementations.
