Jon et al,

The links to Section 14.2 in the PDF version of the Candidate Recommendation 
of 2nd August seem broken in two places:

1. The contents within Section 14 (page 252 of the PDF) - it links to 14.1 
rather than 14.2

2. In Section 14.1 (also page 252 of the PDF) the link to Simple Alpha 
Compositing is broken.
