Are there any SVG viewers that support the "data" URL scheme (RFC 2397)?

Hi,

I'd like to use the "data" URL scheme (RFC 2397) to encode small images in
the SVG file as opposed to having the image as a separately referenced file.
Are there any SVG viewers that support RFC 2397?
