It is with great pleasure that I announce that IBM's SVGView 0.4a release is now available for down load from alphaWorks ( http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/svgview ). The new release provides support for the March 3rd level of the SVG specification as well as a host of new features including a new DOM Viewer/Editor (this provides a graphical tree view of the DOM, and allows the changing of values in that DOM in real-time). Also among the new features is the ability to save the current view in SVGView as a JPEG file. Please see the readme for additional new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Lastly it bears saying that this new level has been updated to work with the 1.0.3 level of the Xerces Parser. This version of the Parser is shipped in the SVGView package. Thanks for your continued interest and support!
