Hi, I'm sorry to have to ask this, as I know this list is mainly for developmant issues (Which I am following very closely) but I would like to take a look at Gill, or any other viewer available under linux at the moment, to start coding with SVG. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the source code, but only the directory tree for it in www.gnome.org, or in the levien site. Is there a tarball somewhere? Should I download each file separately? Also, I would like to ask how the mozilla developers are getting on with the inclusion of SVG in the new browser. Is there a working version for one of the milestones yet?I am very interested in this, although I'm no graphics genius. I would like to work on the possibility of using the standard to work with the DOM for animations and interactivity, and on a lower level, for generating graphics for different pages using svg and scripting.
