Development kits/components for SMIL

Hi,

Are there any SDKs or components ( COM, JavaBean ) available commercially or
otherwise for application developers to utilise in order to programatically
create and edit SMIL documents.

I'm particularly interested in components that are compliant with the SMIL
Language Profile described by 3GPP i.e. MMS application.

Any feedback on availability or work in progress would be much appreciated.
