strange repeat behaviour

hi,

i am a new subscriber to this list, as i could not solve one simple, yet annoying issue. the repeat option does not work as i thought is should.

you can find below the (obviously) workinprogress file. the simple tast: play a1.rm twice, a3.rm eight times, then a1.rm and then a2.rm twice. simple.

what happens: a1.rm is played once, followed by the same length of silence.
then a3 is played twice, followed by six lengths of silence.
then a1 is played fine
and then a2 is played perfectly well twice. (if i up this number, the same problems occur).

the files are on a webserver i my LAN. so connectivity is not an issue.

has anybody got similar experiences?
