Congratulations SMIL 2.0 WG

Congratulations on the Proposed Recommendation status. It's heartening
to see the extensive interoperability testing that was done. I'm very
happy that my favorite feature make the grade, prefetch. All the
profiles ought to have prefetch in them, after all you can't sync what's
not there.
