I have noticed that a new window pops up on a few of my PCs when W98 loads. At the bar along the top of the window, it says, "Runbind" and I cannot find any information on the window (what it does, what it means, etc.) I even searched Micro$oft's Technet page to no avail. I did a Hotbot search for the term Runbind and got only 2 results. One of the pages that came up was: 2. http://www.disi.unige.it/person/MoggiE/LP/SML/doc/bugs/NEWS -- Standard ML of New Jersey, Version 0.93, February 1, 1992 This release is mostly bug fixes. Considerable effort has been put into making the HPPA more robust. Bug fixes: 489. exportFn image size too large 593. Compiler bug from bad overload.. 61% 2/16/93 http://www.disi.unige.it/person/MoggiE/LP/SML/doc/bugs/NEWS See results from this site only. A list of supposed "bugs" comes up, and "Runbind" is listed, but there is no explanation of it. Does anyone here know what "Runbind" means? Is something wrong with my system?
