RDF validation service not generating graphs

Hi,

For the past few weeks the RDF validation service is not generating the graph
output, just gives the message:
" We're sorry but the server load of the RDF validator is too high at the
moment, and generation of the graph image files has been canceled. Please try
again later."

Maybe the server needs a restart?
