rdf validation error (encoding problem?)

Hi, i'm trying to validate this resource:
http://dati.camera.it/ocd/persona.rdf/pr2546

....without success (problem seems to be in the accented Ì), even if it
seems to have the right encoding (utf-8) and right Content-Type
(application/rdf+xml;charset=utf-8). Could you please give me some hint?
