a possible validator bug

The parser generates no graph at all, no matter on my FOAFs or on the
default document. All I'm getting is "The graph image file is empty.". I
guess it is an error because a week ago everything was perfect.

Also, when I enter "http://graven.igni.ru/foaf.rdf" at the "Check by URI"
box, I'm getting weird message "An attempt to load the RDF from URI '
http://graven.igni.ru/foaf.rdf' failed. (Undecodable data when reading URI
at byte 0 using encoding 'UTF-8'. Please check encoding and encoding
declaration of your document.)". I have no idea why this could happen.
