report=Hi, I always get the following error when trying to validate my RDF document. An attempt to load the RDF from URI 'http://www.charlestoncore.org/ontology/o1' failed. (Undecodable data when reading URI at byte 0 using encoding 'UTF-8'. Please check encoding and encoding declaration of your document.) I have tried use different text editor, like notepad or emacs and save my document as UTF-8. I even download the "http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns" and saved to our server but still get the same error. I wonder if we were doing anything wrong? Or some parsing error on the server side because some of my document can be validated before. Please let me know the answer. Regards, Xiaoshu Wang (wangxiao@musc.edu) RDF=<?xml version="1.0">
