Dave, The problem seems to be caused by the fact that [1] does not point to the OWL file directly but is a reference to [2]. [1] http://www.daml.org/2002/06/webont/owl [2] http://www.daml.org/2002/06/webont/owl.owl When I tried to parse [2] directly, it worked fine. What is weird is that both [1] and [2] work fine in IsaViz. I'll investigate what's causing the validator to behave like that.
