First, I suppose you are refering to http://www.jp29.org/index.htm.rdf instead of http://www.jp29.org/index.htm which does not contain any RDF. What's causing this error is the doctype declaration : <!DOCTYPE rdf:RDF SYSTEM "http://purl.org/dc/schemas/dcmes-xml-20000714.dtd"> I tried removing it, and the validator worked fine. However, it works fine in IsaViz in both cases (with and without the doctype decl). I have to investigate why this is happening. I'll keep you informed.
