I fixed some pretty awful bugs in both dot and neato in recent days.
I would recommend that you start using the latest, but I think there
are font scaling problems in the raster driver (very important!!!) that
John Ellson is looking into.  But I'd suggest taking a look anyway.
I got rid of some ugly crossings.  There was a horrific off-by-one
error in the crossing-count cache checker.  I can't believe it wasn't
noticed before.  Anyway, hope you enjoy the software.
