Dear Colleague,

The 16th IEEE International Conference on Cognitive Informatics & Cognitive Computing (http://www.ucalgary.ca/icci_cc/iccicc-17) has received a good set of submissions by April 1.

Upon many requests, there will be a grace period until April 16 for accepting special papers particularly those of short (4-5pp), graduate students, multidisciplinary, industrial experience, case studies, work in progress, or application oriented papers. Intended authors are welcome to provide a title and brief information at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iccicc17 before your readiness.

The conference will be featured by five keynote speeches that highlight the cutting-edge theories and novel technologies for cognitive systems and computational intelligence inspired by the brain. The Proceedings of ICCI*CC'17 will be published by IEEE CS Press (indexed by EI). Selected papers will be published in EI or SCI indexed journals.
