AAAI-SSS-09: Social Semantic Web: Where Web 2.0 Meets Web 3.0 (SSW09)
is now calling for Statements of Interest from both Academia and the
Industry.A statement of interest may describe an on-going work
(possibly with initial results), a use case study, a working system
report, or other topics closely related to the symposium. The following
are some example topics:
* Collaborative and collective semantic data generation and publishing
* Semantic tagging and annotation for social web
* Data integration
* Data portability
* Data analysis and data mining
* Privacy, policy and access control
* Provenance, reputation and trust
* Scalable search, query and reasoning
* Semantically-enabled social applications: semantic wikis, semantic desktops,
semantic portals, semantic blogs, semantic calendars, semantic email, semantic
news, etc.

A statement of interest will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

Accepted statements of interest will be (i) uploaded to the symposium
homepage, (ii) included in the handout materials at the symposium. However,
they will *not* be included in the final proceedings published by AAAI.
Each statement of interest will be assigned a 5-10 minute presentation
slot (depending on the final number of submissions) at the symposium.
Meanwhile, an accepted statement of interest may be accompanied with
a demo or poster in the poster session.
