No, this is a good question many peole are trying to work out -- n fact 
the relation between ontologies and OO has been argued for many uears. 
The most important difference is that the Sem Web work is designed for 
publishing and sharing on the web using web protocols.
 The mailing list www-rdf-logic@w3.org was designed for people to ask 
questions like this to a large audience -- I suggest you ask again over 
there and you will find many people willing to help answer
