Hi Yongchun Gao -- This is a reply to your post about uniting ontologies. You may be interested in the "Semantic Web Presentation" at www.reengineeringllc.com. It gives examples of bridging across ontologies. You can run the examples in the presentation using a web browser pointed to our site. You can also write and run your own examples. It should be straightforward to unite your two ontologies using the framework provided by the system. Let me know if there are problems. The system is in a way more general than OWL, so once you have worked out the example in the system, it may be an easy step to map the solution back into OWL.
