Re: The ISO 3166 code CS

The MKR context (space,time,view) can easily describe such situations.

    at time = t1 { Czechoslovakia has countryCode = CS; };
    at time = t2 { Czech Republic has countryCode = CZ; Slovakia has
countryCode = SK; };

You can even talk about the change process itself

    at time = t3 { ISO do change od countryCode from { ... } to { ... }
done; };
