  I'm new in rdf and I have the mission to implement a rule based system
using rdf (I should get lost, I know it)

  I have some questions about this issue, I need to know if there is
something specified somewhere, maybe the best solution is just use xslt to
transform the rdf to prolog and use some prolog inference engine in java
(Sicstus?)

  I want to know if there is a model to represent the rules in rdf or I
should design it.
