Held in the oasis city of Al Ain, the fourth largest city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Innovations'09 is the sixth in the series that has been held in Dubai since 2004. Innovations’09 will be hosted by the College of Information Technology (CIT). The CIT is the newest addition to the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), the oldest and largest university in the UAE. The latest research advances in fields ranging from Communication Networks and Security to evolving Computing Systems, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Web Technologies, Bioinformatics and Healthcare Informatics are explored in Innovations' technical sessions. AUTHOR'S SCHEDULE (Deadlines): --------------------------------------------- Tutorial proposals due: September 15, 2009 Workshop proposals due: September 15, 2009 Paper and poster submissions due: September 15, 2009 Notification of acceptance: October 5, 2009 Final camera ready paper due: November 2, 2009 SUBMISSION --------------------------------------------- Innovations 2009 seeks original full-length (6 pages maximum) paper proposals describing research in all areas of Information Technology that contribute to the conference theme. All papers will be peer reviewed and acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Submissions for tutorials and special sessions are also welcomed.
