It's heavily used internally by Firefox/Mozilla and related projects, and the Chandler PIM is supposed to store all it's data internally as RDF one area I'm mildly surprised hasn't seen more action in terms of RDF is ERP/CRM for small to medium businesses and project management software that let's you describe the resources in play using RDF so that you can extract and infer assertions about availability and dependencies.
