Dear all
currently i am thinking of my master thesis topic, and i found this field quite interets, so i
would like to know

1, what is the requirement to do some research on this topic,
2, what kind of basic knowledge i should have
3, where i can get some basic tutorial or journal material from.
4, what are the currently topics that society concerns relating to it.

and one specific questions
what relates Ontology to Semantic Web? what is the relationship between Ontology and Semantic Web.
