RDFS never reached REC in the last cycle of specs, so it was the natural place to put it. There have also been a few +/- to the main RDF namespace; we lost some cruft (aboutEachPrefix etc) and added things relating to syntax (eg. datatypes). BTW, don't forget to send comments on the looming LC2 specs... cheers, Dan
