The preview release of Jena2 [1] does this. You can create a Jena Model which
appears to be the RDFS closure of another Model (or of a combination of a data
Model and a schema Model, if preferred). Some of the closure triples are lazily
evaluated.

Jena supports N3 along with RDF/XML and NTriple.
