I am currently looking for conference or journal papers on the topic of algorithm and data structure research which deals with semantic web data formats such as rdf and n-triple. I have looked over articles from conferences such as the Semantic Web Conference and a few related to XML topics and was hoping this list might be able to add some more quality sources. Also, any links to material about how semantic data is currently stored in memory and databases, how operations (such as unions, intersections, searching, etc) are done on this data, and any optimizations that are done specifically for triples would also be greatly appreciated. I would also be really interested in hearing from anyone on the jena, redland, rdflib, etc team's on open problems they currently have related to this topic. thanks, tyler rooney trooney@uwaterloo.ca
