Hello. My name is federico and i am developing my thesis project. I need some help about how to find books between different University Libraries using an existing Ontology, just like Doublin Core. I want to develop a web site where you can insert the name of a book and this search (RDQL query) is doing through different University databases libraries and show me at which Universities i can find this book. example Book to search: Lord of the Rings Rdql perfoms Result: Oxford University and Harvard University. My doubt, is how can i develope or what can i read to know, how to do a search accross diferent University databases. thanks a lot, Federico. ----- Original Message ----- From: Charles McCathieNevile <charles@w3.org> To: Marja-Riitta Koivunen <marja@w3.org> Cc: lisa seeman <seeman@netvision.net.il>; <www-rdf-interest@w3.org> Sent: Wednesday, December 10, 2003 4:00 PM Subject: Re: Accessibility and RDF > > On Wed, 10 Dec 2003, Marja-Riitta Koivunen wrote: > > > > >Hi Lisa! > > > >I think the metadata based Annotea annotations and shared bookmarks will > >help accessibility (by making commenting in the context of the document, > >navigation and organization of information easier) although it is not > >directly an accessibility project. > > There is direct accessibility project work being done in this area by the > SWAD-Europe project... > > more details shortly > > chaals > > >http://www.w3.org/2001/Annotea/ > >http://www.w3.org/2001/Annotea/User/Papers.html >
