This is an importing of the daml:collection mechanism into core RDF/XML. The new bit: http://ilrt.org/discovery/2001/07/rdf-syntax-grammar/#parseTypeContainerPropertyElt desribes how the rdf:parseType="Collection" form expands into triples.
