Thanks.  Someone else sent this to me as well.  I should have done the
due diligence on Google before posting.

My main follow-up question is whether anyone knows of any useful
discussion of the merits of this patent as applied to RDF and RSS.  I
did check Google for that with no apparent results.

Also, is this a threat that warrants the pooling of resources to find
the pretty much inevitable prior art.  Inevitable, I say, given that
from my quick read they would have to be using the most generic possible
interpretations of their patent to even come about the vaguest notion
that it could affect RDF.  The more generic it is, the easier it should
be to find a similar but predating concept.  Of course, IANAL, so
someone will probably fillip my nose with news that it's more complex
than all that.
