There is little value in some of these being used multiple times with
different objects in the statement (although with label and comment it's
very useful to have multiple uses for multiple languages).

However how are you going to stop this given the distributed nature of the
system. Don't prohibit what you can't prevent, find ways of dealing with it
instead.
