RDF specs are like buses...

...you wait ages for one, then three come at once ;)

We now have a formal Model Theory draft, proposals for
syntactic cleanup of RDF's XML representation, and a
bundle of concrete test cases to aid both implementors and
the specification creation process. So a brief reminder of the
Interest Group's role here: RDF implementors, please
give these a careful read, and pass your comments through to
the RDF Core WG through the www-rdf-comments list.
