Interestingly, this is almost identitical in spirit to what I am proposing (see the "Wishlist" posting) but I prefer to utilize that bundle of QName::URI relations at the parsing stage and not muck up the knowledge base proper with such syntactic details (which QNames are). I.e. I don't want to know about QNames *at all* within the graph. They don't IMO belong there. So actually, we seem to be thinking on similar wavelengths, it's just a matter of where lines are drawn... Eh?
