Dear RDF Community! At the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna/Austria we have some open questions about glueing XML Schema and RDF Schema. 1. How can we use vocabulary defined in an XML schema and vocabulary defined in an RDF schema to describe a resource within one an xml document. Is a connection between RDF and XML schema planned? Is it possible, therefore, to import both the XML schema and the RDF schema as namespaces? Is it possible to mix RDF and XML to describe resources? In case a member of the Metadata Coordination Group reads this, we would appreciate any kind of comment from you. 2. Is there a way to define wheather a property of a resource is mandatory or not in RDF? 3. Is it indendet to describe varable types like STRING in RDF? Thank you very much for your comment Best Regards _________________________________________________________________________ Susanne Guth Assistant Professor, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration ,Department of Information Systems, New Media susanne.guth@wu-wien.ac.at, http://wwwi.wu-wien.ac.at, +43 1 31336 4427
