NEED HELP. WHERE TO POST.

We are about to embark on a major project to create a datawarehouse of 14 years of a publishers archives. We have two questions:
Is RDF mature enough to use. 
Where can we post to find RDF experts. I know this looks like a veiled postiong but we tried the standard places like HotJobs and nobody answered. Where do the folks on this list go when looking for work such as other mailing lists or job sites. Trying to spread the RDF gospel without talent is tough.
