Can I ask a very noddy question... What is the correct MIME type for RDF/XML documents? The RDF files on the Dublin Core site, e.g. http://purl.org/DC/index.htm.rdf are served as text/plain as far as I can see. I presume that text/xml or application/xml would be better :-). Ideally I would have thought that an RDF-specific type such as application/rdf-xml or rdf/xml would be more useful to allow clients to launch separate applications for RDF/XML and XML and to allow clients to specifically request RDF/XML as part of content negatiation. Apologies if this is a FAQ!
