New release of RDF API with UML support

Folks,

the new release of the API [1] is available for download. The
distribution supports validation of UML/RDF and RDFS schemas and
corresponding inferencing (generalization, inverse relationships). I
rounded up the UML/RDF schemas [2], added UML DataTypes and ran the
validator against them.

Intermediate conclusion: RDF works for UML as well as it does for RDFS.

+: we can expect that a variety of conceptual layers will be built on
top of RDF
