RE: lightweight reification

Hi

M&S is a common abbreviation for (RDF) Model and Syntax, the first of the
two RDF specifications (see http://www.w3.org/RDF/ for links). It defines
an XML-based syntax and a syntax-independent data model. The RDF Schema
spec which followed it defines a little more machinery expressed in terms
of that model, that can be used to describe RDF vocabularies using RDF itself.
