Dan Brickley suggested that I mention the following paper, which
I plan to present at a conference in August.  I hadn't intended to
circulate it widely until after it is presented at the conference,
but Dan urged me to bring it to the attention of the RDF group:

The title is "Ontology, Metadata, and Semiotics", and it addresses
issues of representing logic, ontology, and metalanguage about them
in various notations, including RDF and controlled natural languages.
