Hi team I think we need to change our infrastructure for PI telecons. Up to now, we have been using HP infrastructure. However this has the disadvantage that someone from HP has to run the call. I can't make the call this week or next, so we need to make other arrangements, in a way we can sustain in the future. A while ago someone suggested that using the W3C infrastructure for telecons would help as it would allow us to use some of bots for minute taking etc. What do we need to do to take advantage of this infrastructure? Can we arrange it so several people on the team can set up calls, so we don't have a dependency of a single team member? thanks, best regards Mark Butler Research Scientist HP Labs Bristol http://www-uk.hpl.hp.com/people/marbut
