Demonstrator Script

Hi team

Here is a first attempt at the demonstrator script. Mick did most of the
work on this, I've just revised it with some appropriate metadata examples. 

I would welcome any feedback on this document as I would like to get another
revision out before Wednesday - I am afraid I'm on holiday from Thursday the
18th until Monday the 22nd.
