I've been in touch with Jason Kinner regarding handoffs from the history system work that he's been undertaking, including:


1.      Sample data set for use in haystack/navigation work - including inferencing data 

2.      Update to Jena 2.0, Joseki 2.0, postgresSQL 

3.      Source code diffs from DSpace on SourceForge 

4.      Lessons Learned white paper 

 
Jason has sent to me the attached rdf schema and rdf/xml serialization of a simple model produced by the History system.  The thinking was that sharing this model & schema would allow review of the model, and navigation/visualization of the model in haystack, to begin in advance of bringup of a DSpace instance for use within SIMILE that is inclusive of Jason's mods.
 
Jason can also produce a history system model that includes some specific set of operations that we might be interested in, if we can be specific about what operations we'd like him to undertake within DSpace.  But I think this is a good place to start.
