We still need it but it doesn't reflect what we have learnt over the last 3-4 weeks from looking at the sample corpori. Currently I have responsibility for the document. The plan for finishing it is for the team to submit position papers, then use those position papers in a revision of this document. This is a deliberate change from the document creation / revision process we've used before, which I'm hoping is going to generate a document that reflects the thoughts of the team rather than just the editors. However I could spend some time revising the demonstrator document before then, and then plan to revise it again after the position papers. I asked this question at the internal HP SIMILE meeting yesterday, and the team thought it was better to concentrate on the position papers, but then the HP team has been more involved in the corpori analysis so their views may be different from the extended team. So to turn it round, do you think it is okay to leave revising the demo storyboard until after the position papers have been submitted, or do you think we need to revise it sooner? Mark
