RE: broken link

Here's the history - Mark or Rob, can one of you pick this up?

The content was originated (and is still available) at:
http://web.mit.edu/dspace-dev/www/simile/resources/proposal-2002-04/index.htm

And later copied to:
http://web.mit.edu/simile/www/resources/proposal-2002-04/index.htm

But this predated our current system of using IPS Sources CVS to maintain the SIMILE website, so it may have been inadvertently nuked while turning on that process.

At any rate, the original content can be found on MIT athena via:

	add dspace-dev
	cp -r /mit/dspace-dev/www/simile/resources/proposal-2002-04 targetdir

and then checked in to the SIMILE website CVS.
