The content was originated (and is still available) at: http://web.mit.edu/dspace-dev/www/simile/resources/proposal-2002-04/index.htm And later copied to: http://web.mit.edu/simile/www/resources/proposal-2002-04/index.htm But this predated our current system of using IPS Sources CVS to maintain the SIMILE website, so it may have been inadvertently nuked while turning on that process.
