The document at http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema# was not updated to track the changes in the April 2002 RDF Schema WD. We hadn't put out a new RDFS doc for a while, so I think it was good to test the water first. I have an action somewhere to get this updated. In the meantime, see http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-schema/ - -> http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-rdf-schema-20020430/ - -> http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-rdf-schema-20020430/#ch_appendix_rdfs [[ This RDF/XML is also available as a separate RDF/XML document (rdfs-namespace.xml). It is not currently published at the W3C RDF Schema namespace URI. ]] - -> http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-rdf-schema-20020430/rdfs-namespace.xml for the updated RDF/XML RDFS document that does have isDefinedBy.
