Paradox/Dbase/WWW

Hello,

I need to provide database lookup via my website.  I want to maintain the
database on my PC in Paradox for Windows and upload the .db file to my website.

Does anyone know of a database product that can be accessed through a perl
script and that can read & write Paradox or Dbase compatible files?  Does
mini-sql do it?  If not, I would expect there to be conversion software out
there somewhere that will do the trick.  Can you please point me in the
right direction?
